Send your case to Account Recovery Service

To contact Account Recovery Service, message it on Telegram with the platform, the account link or username, what happened and a screenshot of any notice. We review it and reply with the route, your part of the work, a price and a timeframe. Never send a password, 2FA code, backup code or session cookie.

Our Telegram address

What should your first message include?

Four things are enough for a review. Screenshots are fine.

  • The platform and the account link or username
  • What happened and roughly when
  • A screenshot of any notice or security email
  • What you still have: a signed-in device, the email, the phone number, backup codes (say that you have them, without sending them)

What must you never send?

Not to us and not to anyone else who offers to help. Account Recovery Service will not ask for any of these at any stage.

  • Passwords, current or old
  • Login codes, 2FA codes or backup codes
  • Session cookies or anything copied from your browser's developer tools
  • ID documents in the first message. If a route needs ID, you give it to the platform directly.

What happens after you send it?

  1. We read the case

We check whether the account can be shown to be yours and which official routes remain open.

  2. You get a straight answer

You hear the route, your part of the work, a price and a timeframe. If the free tool is enough, we tell you to use it.

  3. You decide

You can take the route and finish alone, or ask us to prepare the evidence and wording. Nothing starts until you agree.

How do you know it is really us?

Open the Telegram address from this page rather than from a message or a comment. Account Recovery Service does not write to you first and does not offer help in comment sections. If someone using this name asks for a login code, it is not us. Google's own warning applies to everyone: it never asks for your password or verification codes. Before you pay any recovery service, read the FTC's page on recovery scams.

What if the account is not yours?

Then we cannot take the case. Account Recovery Service works only on accounts you can show are yours, so requests about the account of an ex, a partner, a rival or a staff member are declined, and so is the account of someone who has died, unless the platform's legal route is used. For a business asset, you need to be able to show your role.

Account Recovery Service is independent and does not speak for any platform. A message to this service is not a report to, or an appeal with, the platform itself.
